As CH 4 alone adsorbed on Ni/Al 2O 3, there is only one form of the chemisorbed methane which band appeared at 3006 cm -1 . As CH 4 and O 2 coadsorbed on Ni/Al 2O 3, there are two forms of the chemisorbed methane which bands appeared at 3006 and 3010 cm -1 respectively.
