摘要
利用CAMAC系统和微机建立的高速数据采集及传输系统,可以广泛应用于快速时间分辨的微弱信号检测.本文介绍了该系统硬件及软件设计,并给出了利用它测量激光溅射铁氰化钾产生团簇离子的飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)的实验结果.
A high speed data acquisition and transformation system was developed using CAMAC (Computer Automated Measurement And Control) system, which can be applied in transient time-resolve process measurements. The detail discussions on the design of the hardware and software are given in this paper. As an example, the application of this system for measurement of time-of-flight of the clusters forming during laser ablation of K3[Fe(CN)6] solid sample is presented.
