摘要
本文研制了程序升温脱附(TemperatureProgramDesorption,TPD)技术的联机系统,编写了TPD信号和温度的实时采集及数据处理软件.本系统用IBM-PC及兼容机作系统管理机,具有通用性强,便于应用和开发等特点.通过对Al2O3催化剂上吸附甲醇的表面性质研究应用表明:该联机系统采集的数据完整可靠,数据处理和显示打印灵活多样;软件采用弹出式菜单提示,操作方便;系统用中断方式实现多任务进程,提高了计算机的利用率.
An on-line data processing system of Temperature Program Desorption(TPD) and the relevant package for real-time data collectintg and processing have been developed. An IBM-PC compatible computer was used as the control unit to ensure its common usage and ease of further development. This system is highly dependable and flexible for data collecting, processing and displaying. The software has user friendly interfaces using pull down menus. multiple operation is achieved by interruption. The application to the investigation of methnol adsorption on the alumina catalysis shows these valuable features of the system.
