应用斑点酶联免疫吸附试验快速检测饲料中的沙门氏菌 被引量:11

摘要 选用硝酸纤维素(N C)膜作固相载体,建立检测沙门氏菌的斑点酶联免疫吸附试验诊断方法,检测成品饲料100份,对沙门氏菌的最低检出量为400个/m L,沙门氏菌阳性检出率43.00%(43/100),常规分离培养阳性检出率为38.00%(38/100),两者符合率为83.72%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明该方法简便、特异、快速、结果直观,便于在基层推广使用。 A Dot-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was successfully developed by using nitrocellulose membrane as solid carrier, 100 animal feeds were checked, the results showed that the minimum was 400 salmonella/mL, and the positive rate of salmonella was 43.00%(43/ 100). the positive rate was 38.00%(38/100) identified by the technology of routine isolation and culture.positive coincidence rate of both methods was 83.72% and there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). the trial indicated that this method was simple, special, quick, direct and easy extention and application at primary level.
