摘要
为研究水稻干燥机理,考察工艺参数对干燥品质的影响,对小型混流干燥试验台进行设计计算,试验台湿物料生产量50 kg·h-1,为三级混流,一级逆流冷却。排粮辊转速为9.33 r·min-1,排粮搅龙转速为23.2 r·min-1,冷却离心通风机型号4-72-11No2.8A。
In order to studying paddy rice drying mechanism and effects of drying quality, following researches have been carried out in this paper: A kind of mix-flow grain drying test-bed is designed. The test-bod productivity is 50 kg·h^-1, three level mix-flow, one level converse-flow cooling. Grain roller rotate speed is 9.33 r·min^-1 and transporting auger rotate speed is 23.2 r·min^-1, fan type is 4-72-11 No2.8A.
