摘要 对专家系统和用于实现专家系统的Prolog语言及其编译环境Visual Prolog作了简述。并应用Prolog语言实现了注射成型过程工艺参数设置的专家系统ES-IMPPS(Injection Molding Process Parameters’Setting),并将此专家系统在Visual Prolog中运行,通过设计的实例表明:用Prolog语言编写的此专家系统,符合注塑过程工艺参数的设定要求.而且运行速度快,程序容易理解。 A brief introduction was made on expert system and on a language, Prolog, for implementation of expert system. Visual Prolog, the compiler of Prolog, was also introduced. An application of expert system for injection molding process parameters' setting (ES-IMPPS) was programmed with the language of Prolog and run in Visual Prolog. A designed example showed that the expert system of ES-IMMPS can meet the demands of injection molding process patamaters' setting. Other characters of the system are the high operating speed and understandability.
