摘要
本文介绍应用模式识别中的最优判别平面技术和人工神经网络算法处理硅钢片退火工艺数据,在保证磁感强度、铁损等电磁性能指标符合制造电机要求的前提下,研究提高板形平整的工艺条件,生产实践表明,采用优化结果所设计的工艺参数,较高电磁性能指标的硅钢片比率和硅钢片平整度都有所提高。
The optimal annealing technologic conditions of Hot rolled silicon steel sheet have been studied to improve the flatness of the sheet and to increase the prodncts with a high magnetic permeability and low losses using a artificial intelligence arithmetic.which combines the optimal discrimination plane (ODP) method with the artificial nenral network (ANN) method. The production shows that better results are obtained according to the suggestions of the ODP-ANN arithmetic.
