摘要
本文进一步研究AES法用天然标准代替合成标准,实验证明AES粉末法的最大误差来自合成标准。同时测定地质样品中Ag等8个痕量元素。大批量的分析结果表明,只要严格控制操作条件,分析准确度可以提高到一个新的水平。
Synthetic standard was replaced by natural standard to determine 8 trace elements in geologic samples by AES. Linearity of the working curve was obviously improved. Matrix effect, influence of a third element and the contamination of samples were significantly reduced. The detection limits were as follows (μg/g): Ag 0. 02, Cul, Ph3, Zn10, W2 f Snl,Bi 3 and Mo 0. 3. The RSD was less than 10%.
