薄层层析-分光光度法测定鬼针草中的β-胡萝卜素

Determination of β-Carotene in Bidens Bipinnata L. by Thin Layer Chromatography Spectrophotometry

采用石油醚∶丙酮(7∶3)混合液为提取剂,用薄层层析-分光光度法检测出鬼针草中含有β-胡萝卜素,并测定出其含量,对该法的精密度、准确性以及稳定性进行了探讨。在波长450nm下,其回归方程为A=0.4920C-0.0033,r=0.998。

Thin layer chromatography-spectrophotometry was utilized to determine β-carotene in Bidens bipinnata L. extracted with the mixture of petroleum ether-acetone （7∶3, V∶V）. Precision, veracity and stability were studied experimentally. The regression equiation is A=0.4920C-0.0033, （r=0.998） at 45Onm.
