摘要
按照正交规划试验表,对电火花线切割加工低合金铸钢-ZG55CrMnMo进行切割试验;分析了工艺参数与工艺指标之间的关系,得出了生产率指标和表面粗糙度指标的数学模型,为实际生产加工切割低合金铸钢锻模提供了依据。
According to the orthogonal experimentation,the author investigates the relation between its processing parameters and its technological indices;and obtains a mathematies model concerning indices of productivity and roughness.The result facilitate the cutting processing of low alloy cast steel(ZG55CrMnMo)in practical Wire Electrical Discharge Machining.
