摘要
文中对大吨位高精度称重传感器弹性元件进行了有限元分析;分析和计算结果表明,设计弹性元件时,主要考虑弹性元件贴片区的长度和直径及过渡圆弧半径,弹性元件上下端部结构尺寸只要满足工艺要求即可,这为弹性元件的优化设计和结构参数的确定提供了理论依据。
The Elastomer of super precision heavy transducer is analysized in this paper.The result shows that the most important things needed to consider during elastomer's design are the length,diameter and transition circle radius of elastomer's working area.The result will give theoretical basis for the optmal design and structural parameters' decision of elastomer.
