摘要
香水百合是名贵花卉之一,开花时释放浓郁的香气,香气来源于花蕊。用丙酮萃取云南斗南产桃红色系的阿卡波特(acapulco)香水百合花蕊,萃取液经无水硫酸钠脱水及水浴浓缩,静置分层后,分离得粗精油。粗精油约占花蕊质量的6.0%。用HP4890D气相色谱仪,长50米的弹性石英毛细管柱进行分离,得90多种组分。再用相似条件上KYKY-QP1000A气相色谱/质谱联用仪进行组分定性分析,获得香水百合香精的气相色谱/质谱分离条件及20多种组分的质谱定性数据。
The perfume lily is one of famous and precious flowers, and releasing strong sweet smell when blossoming, the sweet smell originates in the stamen. The Acapulco perfume lily stamen of pink colour which was produced in Dou Nan a county of Yun nan was extracted with acetone, after extraction liquid , evaporation and water bath are concentrated , elementary refined oil occupies 6.0% of the stamen quality. With gas chromatography(HP4890D) equipped with 50 meters elasticity quartz capillary pillar grope the separation conditions, and gain about 90 kinds of component parts. Again, with gas chromatography--mass spectrometry carrying on the component part qualitative analysis, and gains separation conditions and more than 20 kinds of mass spectra quality data of component part of perfume lily.
