摘要
与盐卤水除硝的其他方法相比,氯化钙法的成本低,但用传统的沉降工艺分离得出的除硝盐水质量不稳定。通过中试选择了均相流反应器和微滤膜过滤器,对SO24-浓度为5~10g/L的原料盐水除硝,除硝盐水SO2-浓度可稳定在2g/L以下,同时Ca2+浓度低于5g/L,满足了纯碱生产的要求。
Compared with the other ways for removal of nitre from brine,the cost with calcium chloride method is low;but the quality of nitre-free brine produced by the conventional settlement process isn't stable.In pilot test,the homogeneous flow reactor and micro-filtering membrane filter are selected to remove nitre from brine whose SO^2-_4 Concentration is 5~10 g/L,the results are that the SO^2-_4 Concentration of nitre-free brine can maintain below 2 g/L,meanwhile the Ca^2+ Concentration is lower than 5 g/L,which meet the requirements of calcined soda production.
