摘要 利用等温压缩实验,研究了Cf53钢在亚热温度区间内的流变应力变化规律,探讨了流变应力的变化机理,回归得到了流变应力模型,为亚热成形工艺研究提供了可靠的参考依据。 The flow stress of carbon steel Cf53 at different T, ε,ε, in the temperature of semi-hot forging was measured by a uniaxial compression experiment. The results show that flow stress is very complex within the temperature range of semi-hot forging; to improve forming precision, a flow stress model had be calibrated by experiment.
