由于没有关于锻模垫板的计算公式和图表,设计者仅凭经验进行设计,工作效率和设计质量低。本文建立了简便实用的垫板尺寸计算公式。

Because there are no any formula and chart of designing bearing plates of forging dies, the designs of bearing plates depend only on experience of designers. The rate and quality of design are low. The practical calculation formulas of size of bearing plates are established in this thesis. It is handy and quick to determine size of bearing plates.
