摘要
在对海拉尔油田碱性沉凝灰岩储层压裂改造过程中,经常出现前置液造缝顺利但加砂时发生砂堵的早期砂堵现象。对碱性沉凝灰岩岩石矿物学和岩石的水化实验研究发现,碱性沉凝灰岩储层具有强烈的水化作用。分析了常规水基压裂过程中水化作用导致早期砂堵的原因,研制了防止碱性沉凝灰岩水化的岩石稳定乳化压裂液。现场应用于24口井40个压裂层位,压裂施工均获成功。利用这种压裂液不仅解决了早期砂堵问题,而且油藏改造也取得良好效果。
Early screen out of hydraulic fracturing often takes place in alkali sediment-tuff reservoir of Hailare Oilfield. The mineralogical property of the alkali sediment-tuff reservoir of Hailare Oilfield and hydration test show that the alkali sediment tuff hydrolyzes dramatically in water-base hydraulic liquid, which results in the early screen out of stimulation. In order to prevent alkali sediment-tuff from hydrolysis during the fracturing process, a special emulsified hydraulic fracturing liquid is developed and successfully applied to total 40 pay zones of 24 wells. All stimulations go on smoothly and always achieve better production. The reservoir property is improved with the emulsified hydraulic fracturing fluid.
