摘要
在岩盐层钻井过程中,井眼易发生蠕变缩径从而引起卡钻;固井后,又易发生套管挤毁等事故。为此预测岩盐层的蠕变规律尤为重要。研究了井下岩盐本构关系的辨识方法,建立了岩盐本构模型辨识的目标函数,并提出了以井径测量信息为基础反演确定岩盐层蠕变特性参数的位移反分析法。利用该方法较好地预测了井下岩盐的蠕变规律,并由此可确定井径缩小规律和钻井液的密度。在江汉油田的应用结果表明,理论预测结果和实际结果能较好地吻合。
During the drilling process in sah rocks, the creep of wellhole and the shrinkage of wellbore in diameter often happen, which results in sticking of tool and failure of casing. It is important to identify the constitutive laws of salt rocks. The objective functions for identifying the constitutive model of salt rock are established, and the algorithm to inverse the mechanical properties and creep coefficient of salt rocks based on the caliper logging data is put forward. The creep laws of salt rock were predicted by this algorithm. Based on the theory, the trends of wellbore shrinkage and mud density can be determined. The inversion algorithm was used inJianghan Oilfield. The theoretical results are coincident with the field data.
