摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国普通高等院校高水平乒乓球运动队教练员队伍的现状进行了深入调查和系统分析,并针对发现问题提出建议。研究结果表明:高等院校高水平乒乓球运动队教练员整体年龄结构、职称结构比较合理,但高学历比例严重偏低;有着丰富的教学实践经验,但缺乏大赛临场指挥经验。教练员还缺乏业务培训,培训班存在培训时间短、内容针对性不强、形式单一、不注重能力培养等问题。教练员具有较强的业务能力,提高教练员学历结构及大赛临场指挥经验,培养出智力型与经验型相结合的高水平乒乓球教练员是当务之急。
With the combination of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, statistic analysis, this paper conducted a profound investigation and systematic analysis on the current situation of coach team of advanced table tennis teams in higher education in China, and proposed several suggestions for the solution to the existing problems. The results indicate that : the whole aged structure, the structure of professional titles of the coaches are relatively rational, however, the high-level academic degree is still insufficient; most of coaches have sufficient practical teaching experience, however, lack of the direction experience in the world-level competitions; the coaches are lack of the speciality training. The training class exist certain problems, such as the rime of training is short, the training content is not special for table tennis event; the training pattern is singular, and the training ignores the cultivation of ability, etc. It is proposed that the it is very imperative to improve the academic degree structure and the experience of world-level competitions, in order to cultivate the high-level table-tennis coaches with the combination of wisdom and experience style.
