摘要
简单概述了茶叶中的有效成分茶多酚、咖啡因、茶多糖、茶黄素的药理功能及其单一提取方法研究进展。茶多酚单一分离提取方法主要有如下4类:溶剂法、沉淀法、树脂吸附法、超临界流体萃取法;咖啡碱的单一提取方法主要有溶剂法、升华法、吸附法和超临界二氧化碳萃取法4类。茶多糖、茶黄素的单一提取分离方法也已研究得较深入。提出了膜分离法和树脂吸附法相结合,从中低档绿茶中同时提取分离茶多酚、咖啡因、茶多糖的新工艺。
The study of pharmacology and technology of extracting tea-polyphenols, caffeine, tea-polysaccharide and tea-flavins partly from tea-leaf was simply summarized. There are four kinds of methods for tea polyphenols's single extration: solvent, sedimental extraction, resin adsorption and supereritical fluid extraction. The main methods of extracting caffeine are solvent, sublimation, adsorption and supercritical fluid extraction. On the basis of membrane isolation and resin adsorption, a new comprehensive technology of extracting tea polyphenols, caffeine and tea-polysaccharide from the same mid-grade and low-grade green tea material was brought forward.
