脑卒中后并发抑郁的临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察脑卒中后抑郁状态发生率、临床特点以及帕罗西酊治疗此症的疗效。方法采用汉密斯顿抑郁量表了解卒中后抑郁症状,抑郁发生率及抑郁程度,神经功能缺损量表评定神经功能缺损程度,对有抑郁症状的患者给予帕罗西酊治疗。结果卒中后抑郁发生率为28.05%,盐酸帕罗西酊治疗有效。结论卒中后抑郁影响疾病康复,在治疗卒中的同时应积极治疗抑郁状态。
