摘要 本文用EI质谱、高分辨质谱及快原子轰击正、负离子质谱研究了7种甘草次酸衍生物的质谱裂解机理。 In this paper the ElMS of 7 kinds of glycyrrhetinic acid derivatives were reported.The machanism of their mass spectral fragmentation has been studide by measurement of high resolution mass spsctrometry.The influence of varied substituents R2 on the mass spectra has also been investigated further.The molecular ions of compounds 2 and 6 were not presented at 20 ̄15 eV in ElMS but a technique of fast atom bombardmentmass spectrometry (FABMS)has been successfully applied to mass spectric analysis of the two compounds.
