奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Sodium Ozagrel in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和不良反应。方法160例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例,奥扎格雷钠80 mg,静脉滴注,2次/d;对照组80例,复方丹参20 ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程2周。观察两组患者治疗前后临床神经功能缺损程度评分,Barthel日常生活能力指数,不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,明显高于对照组65%(P<0.01),治疗组神经功能缺损评分和Barthel日常生活能力指数变化均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死效果良好,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of sodium ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into the treated group （n=80） and the control group （n=80）, Sodium Ozagrel in treating the treated-group patients 80mg i.v. gtt. b.i.d. Danshen Injection in treating the control group patients ： 20ml i.v. gtt. q.d. Results The total effective rate in the treated group and the cortrol group was 92.5 % and 65 % respectively, and showed significant difference （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Ozagrel has definite clinical effect on treating acute cerebral infarction and less adverse reaction.
