摘要
介绍了根据设备、工艺、信息化条件开发的DHCR一体化管理系统的功能和系统集成技术。系统上线后应用效果表明,该系统可显著降低能耗、提高轧线产量,并可根据生产过程实际情况对生产过程进行动态调度,实现炼铸轧一体化管理。
According to demand of equipments and technique, condition of information system, an integrated management system for DHCR is developed. The function of the system and integrated technique are described in this paper. The application results show that the system can reduce consume of energy and increase yield of rolling line, and the system can dynamicly schedule the production process based on the fact of production line to realize the integrated management of steel-making, continuous casting and hot rolling.
