摘要
以固态干煤粉为原料的2000t/d气化炉采用“非催化部分氧化”工艺制合成气,气化炉由气化反应器、激冷管、导管、气体返向室和废热锅炉组成,并连为整体,其总体结构主要由受热面内件(膜式水冷壁)、环形空间及炉体承压外壳组成。
2000t/d gasifier with feedstock of solid dry fine coal adopts'non-catalytic oxidation'process to manufacture synthesis gas.The gasifier is composed of reactor,quench tube,duct,gas reversible chamber and waste reboiler,which are packed as a completion with the overall configuration mainly composed of the internals having surface heated(membrane type water cooling wall),ring space and the pressure-bearing shell of gasifier body.
