摘要
新型三层防腐纤维炉衬具有升降温快、保温效果好、炉膛内温度均匀等技术特性,还能适用于高硫燃料。新型炉衬可避免腐蚀性气体对加热炉炉壁板、炉衬锚固件及焊点的腐蚀,消除传统炉衬固有的缺陷,从而提高加热炉炉衬的使用效果和寿命。新型炉衬由纤维模块、平铺纤维毯和致密高强隔热层组合而成,炉衬内、外表面涂刷专用涂料,炉衬之中设有金属阻气箔。
A noveI three-layer anti-corrosionfibre furnace lining has the technological characteristics of quick temperature up and down,good effect of heat insulation and even hearthtemperature,which is possible to be used in high-sulfur fuel.The new furnace lining can prevent furnace wall,furnace lined anchoring partsand weld spot from corrosion of corrosive gases,eliminate inherent imperfection of traditionalfurnace lining so as to improve the service lifeand effect of the furnace lining.The new liningis composed of fibre module,flat fibre blanketand dense and high intensity lagging.The innerand outer surface of the lining is printed with aspecial coating and metal gas barrier foil is equipped with furnace lining.
