摘要 介绍了20Cr3NiMoA冷壁加氢反应器筒体与接管及补强圈角焊缝部位裂纹的修复工艺。工程实践证明,选择镍基焊接材料能保证异种钢焊接质量。 The repair procedure of fissure onweld seam between the shell and connecting tubeand fissure on the fillet weld seam at reinforcement ring of 20Cr3NiMoA cold wall hydrogenated reactor was recommended.The engineering practice proved that; selection of nickel base weld material can secure the quality of dissimilar steel.weld
