摘要 分别用悬浮液法及非完全消化法两种样品处理技术处理香烟样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了香烟中镁、锰、锌。分别用La3+及磺基水杨酸作为镁和锰的释放剂消除化学干扰。试验表明,在悬浮液中加入适量盐酸可显著提高被测元素的吸光度,试液的物理性质与空白溶液的一致,无背景吸收干扰。对非完全消化法样品处理条件、悬浮液的稳定时间、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.2%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.7%。方法简便准确。 The sample of cigarette was treated by two pretreatment techniques of suspension method and non-complete digestion method, respectively. Magnesium, manganese and zinc in cigarette were determined by FAAS method. La^3+ and sulfosalieylie acid were used respectively as releasing agent for magnesium and manganese to eliminate chemical interference of the coexistence elements in sample. The test indicates that the absorbency of determined element is markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution , the physical properties of test solution is identical with blank solution and there is no background absorption interference. The pretreatment condition of sample in non-complete digestion method, the stabilization time of the suspension, the detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied. The relative standard deviations are less than 3.2 % . The determination results are consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors are less than ±1.7 %. This method is convenient and accurate.
