摘要
在探讨汽车智能车牌识别系统中图象获取技术的基础上,提出了一种合理且实用的图象获取方案,能在各种复杂变化的环境中,使智能车牌识别系统获取理想清晰的车牌图象.
In this paper, a reasonable and usable image obtained scheme is presented after the analysis of image obtained technologies which will be used in the intelligent vehicle plate recognization system . This scheme can be used to obtain a perfect and clear vehicle plate image in some complex environment.
