解放军某部士兵健康状况与卫生需求情况调查

Survey on Health Status and Requirements of a Certain Unit of the PLA Soldiers

[目的]了解士兵健康状况和卫生需求情况,为部队卫生管理改革提供参考。[方法]2004年10～11月,按某部连队建制进行整群抽样,对现有士兵进行健康状况与卫生需求问卷调查。[结果]调查2083人,20.64%对自己的身体状况不满意,4.61%非常不满意;24.96%的士兵表示需要调养身体,6.67%表示非常需要调养身体;1年内到地方医院看专科者占5.37%,购用市场药品的占7.83%,自行到地方诊所输液的占1.10%;17.43%患有不同的慢性病;2周内有26.88%的士兵患病,其中41.61%的人没有就诊;1年内有5.57%的士兵住院治疗。[结论]某部士兵整体健康状况良好,但对卫生服务需求很大。

[Objective]To know the soldiers＇ health status and hygienic requirements to give advice to the army health management reform. [Methods]During October and November in 2004, according to the company system, a questionnaire about the soldiers＇ health conditions and hygienic requirements was made in a group sample. [Results]Among 2 083 soldiers surveyed, 20.64% were not satisfied with their health, 4.61% not satisfied at all; 24.96% wanted to improve their conditions, 6.67% wanted to improve their conditions very much; within one year, 5.37% once went to the locai bospitals to see the doctors, 7.83% went to the drugstores to buy the medicines, and 1. 10% had injections to the clinics personally; 17.43% had every kinds of chronic diseases; within the fortnights, 26.88% soldiers once were ill, among whom 41.61% did not go to see the doctors; in a year, 5.57% soldiers were treated in the hospitals. [Conehlsion]The soldiers in a certain unit were in good health in general, but had many requirements to the health service.
