摘要
[目的]了解新兵训练的营养供给情况,指导部队合理膳食,保证新兵训练效果。[方法]2005年1月,抽取某部新兵连,按照GJB1636-93《军人膳食营养调查方法》,采用称量法连续7d对全体官兵进行膳食结构和营养水平调查。[结果]调查121人,粮食摄入占食物总量的43.0%,蔬菜、猪肉、植物油未达到军用标准,缺少牛羊肉、动物内脏和水果;能量、蛋白质、矿物质和维生素的摄取量大部分达到军用标准,维生素A仅为军用标准的46.4%,维生素C、维生素D、维生素B6和钙供给不足;三大营养素供能百分比基本符合军用标准,但脂肪所占比例较低;动物性蛋白质和大豆蛋白质及脂肪摄入量偏低。[结论]能量和蛋白质供给量达标,但食物结构仍欠合理,膳食质量需要改善。
[Objective]To know the recruifs nutrition providing conditions to guide the food rationally in the army and ensure the recruit's training effects. [Methods]In January 2005, according to the GJB1636-93 Survey of the Soldiers' Food Nutrition, a certain recruit company was chosen and a survey was made about the officers and soldiers' food structure and nutritious standard for 7 days by weighing. [Results]Among 121 people surveyed, grain input took up 43.0% of all the food supplies, vegetables, meat and plant oil did not reach the army level, and beef, mutton, animal livers and fruit were not enough. Energy, protein, mineral materials and vitamins nearly reach the level of the army, vitamins A only got 46.4%, vitamins C, D, B6 and calcium were not enough. The percentage of the three nutrition supplies wa almost suitable, but the percentage of fat wa lower. The animal proteins, the proteins of soy bean and fat input are less. [Conclusion] Energy and protein supplies are enough, but the food structure is not rational, and food qualities need improving.
