阿齐霉素磷酸二氢钠体外抗菌活性的研究

The Study on the Anti-bacteria Effects of Azithromycin Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate in Vitro

[目的]研究阿齐霉素磷酸二氢钠对临床常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用效果,并与阿齐霉素抗菌效果进行比较。[方法]选用206株临床菌株进行MIC、MBC、杀菌曲线以及诸因素对MIC测定结果的影响等试验。[结果]研究表明,阿齐霉素磷酸二氢钠与阿齐霉素具有相同抗菌谱,对流感嗜血杆菌、奈瑟氏菌、肺炎链球菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和大肠杆菌等致病菌具有较好的抗菌效果,MIC50为<0.031-2mg/L。[结论]阿齐霉素磷酸二氢钠对临床常见呼吸道致病菌有很强的抗菌活性,不仅保持了阿齐霉素原有抗菌活性而且具有水溶性好、质量稳定等优点。

[Objective] To study the anti-bacteria effects of Azlthromycin sodium dihydrogen phosphate on common clinical pathogens in vitro and compare it with Azithromycin. [Methods]By using 206 clinical strains, the tests of MIC, MBC, Sterilization curve method were carried out and some other factors which may influence the MIC results were observed. [Results]It showed that Azithromycin sodium dihydrogen phosphate had the same antibiogram with Azithromycin and expressed strong antibacterial action to hemophilus influenza, Neisseriaceae , streptococcus pneumoniae, streptococcus pyogenes. Klebsiella pneumoniae and escherichia coli. The result of MIC50 was 0. 031-2 mg/L. [Conclusion]Azithromycin sodium dihydrogen phosphate has strong antibacterial action on common clinical respiratory bacteria. It not only keep the antibacterial action of Azithromycin , but also have the virtue of better water-solubility and even quality.
