摘要
[目的]利用获得国家专利的改进的汞消解装置,与传统的装置进行比较,考察其能否应用于食品中汞的消解。[方法]应用本消解装置,测定食品中汞。[结果]回收率分别达到91.1%、96.4%、100.0%,变异系数分别为14.3%、5.7%、5.1%。本装置与传统装置测汞的结果,经配对t检验差异无统计学意义(t=4.552,P>0.01)。[结论]本装置操作简单,消解速度快,重现性好,回首率高,环保节水。
[Objective]To compare the new decomposable installment which obtained national patent with the traditional one for using it in the decomposability of food. [Methods]The decomposable installment was used to determine mercury in food. [Results]The recovery was 91. 1%, 96.4%and100. 0%, RSD was 14.3%,5.7%and5. 1%. There was no significant difference between the two installments( t =4. 552, P 〉0. 01). [Conclusion]The installment is simple, fast in speed of decomposability, good in repetitiveness ,high in recovery ,eco-friendly and water saving.
