嘉祥县1999～2004年淋病流行病学分析

Epidemic Analysis of Gonorrhea in Jiaxiang County from 1999 to 2004

[目的]分析1999～2004年嘉祥县淋病流行特征。[方法]对1999～2004年嘉祥县性病资料进行分析。[结果]1999～2004年年均发病率从5.67/10万增至13.68/10万;病人中,20～49岁占87.89%,商业服务人员占37.29%;男性发病率高于女性。[结论]淋病发病呈逐年上升趋势,应加强对高危人群的健康监护和教育,从而降低其发病。

[Objective]To study the epidemic character of gonorrhea in Jiaxing county from 1999 to 2004. [Methods] Analyzed gonorrhea data of Jiaxing county from 1999 to 2004 was analyzed. [Results]Annual average incidence rate increased from 5.67/100 000 to 13.68/100 000 from 1999 to 2004. The patients,20-49 years old accounted for 87.89% of all the patients and commercial service workers 37.29% incidence rate in man was higher than in woman. [Conclusion] With the gonorrhea＇s incidence rate increasing, it is necessary intensify the health surveillance and education of hlgh-risk group in ordre to decrease the incidence rate.
