封丘县2000～2004年孕产妇死亡资料分析

Data Analysis on the Maternal Mortality Rate in Fengqiu County from 2000 to 2004

[目的]为掌握孕产妇死亡率极其死亡原因,为降低孕产妇死亡率提供科学依据。[方法]对2000～2004年封丘县孕产妇死亡案例及评审情况进行分析。[结果]2000～2004年孕产妇死亡率为98.0/10万,孕产妇死亡的前4位原因依次为产科出血、妊高征、羊水栓塞、妊娠合并心脏病。[结论]封丘县孕产妇死亡率较高,应采取提高孕产妇住院分娩率等措施,降低孕产妇死亡率。

[Objective]To know the maternal mortality rate and reasons and provide scientific data for the reduction of the rate. [Methods]Data analysis was made on the maternal mortality rate in Fengqiu county from 2000 to 2004. [Results] The maternal mortality rate was 98/100 000 from 2000 to 2004, the top 4 death causes were obstetric bleeding, hypertension of pregnancy, amniotic fluid embolism and pregnancy associated with heart disease. [Conclusions]The maternal mortality rate is high in Fengqiu county, therefore measures such as delivery in hospital should be taken to reduce the rate.
