水资源保护区水环境保护与社会经济协调发展——以太河水库为例

On Coordinate Development of Environment and Economy in Water Protection Zone: a Case of Taihe Reservoir

随着太河水库流域工农业生产的迅速发展和旅游业的兴起,水库作为全流域点源和非点源污染物的受纳地,水域污染日益加重。笔者分析和比较了水库所在地及用水乡镇的社会发展状况,指出水源保护区中水质保护与经济发展存在较大矛盾,并提出一系列协调发展的对策和措施,以促进水源保护区的可持续发展。

With the booming of tourism and the rapid development of industry and agriculture in Taihe Reservoir Basin,the water quality in the reservoir has become worse. Based on the comparison of the social development data of Taihe Town with those of the water-consumption town,it was pointed out that the contradiction between water protection and economic development was acute. A series of measurements were proposed in order to promote the sustainable development in the research area.
