摘要
本文通过对D. K. P. 2.5型立绒针织机织造割圈人造毛皮时横路疵点产生原因的分析和探讨,提出毛纱质量、纱线张力、割圈圆盘的位置是影响横路疵点的关键,并结合生产实践提出了解决横路疵点的具体方法。
Based on the analysis on causes for filling bar on cut fur-type fabric from upright pile knitting machine O. K. P2. 5, key points influencing the fault are presented, such as yarn quality,yarn tension and the position of disc cut. Concrete measures for eliminating the fault are put forward in accordance with production practice.
