摘要
对炼油废水处理工艺各单元的处理状况进行分析。实践证明在原料来水COD含量≤1000mg/L,氨氮含量≤40mg/L,油含量≤500mg/L,硫化物含量≤10mg/L,pH在6~9的情况下,处理后出水经过滤及消毒后可直接回用于循环水中。循环水的主要指标能够达到中国石化集团公司循环水的要求,从而实现炼油废水的资源化,具有一定的社会效益和经济效益。
This paper involves the situation of refi -ning wastewater treatment from process plants. The analysis showed that the treated wastewater was filtrated and sterilized, then can be directly reused in the circulating water system, when COD content of raw wastewater ≤1000mg/L, NH3 - N≤40mg/L, oil content≤500mg/L, sulfide content ≤10mg/L and PH =6-9. Primary quality index of wastewater reused can meet the requirement of circulating water specified by SINOPEC. It realized to reuse the refining wastewater, which has social and economic benefits.
