Mud swelling is a problem of wasterwater treatment of active mud means,especially in treating high load petro-chemical wasterwater. The article analyse the cause of causing mud sewlling and up-floating,approaching the factor of nitration and poisonous matter of causing mud up-floating,advancing several countermeasures of controlling mud swelling and up-floating.
