By applying the interface of Mathematica and Java , and adopting the technology of JSP and Java Bean, the systematic structure and solution of scientific calculation system based on Web are introduced. This system has many advantages in some fields, such as intense expansibility , safety, reliability and is simple and easy to study. The system has a lot of auxiliary functions besides of computing function.
