摘要
介绍了我国地质灾害防治投资概况;在此基础上研究了自然原因诱发的地质灾害和人为活动引发的地质灾害两种类型的防治责任主体;研究了自然原因诱发的地质灾害防治投资机制、人为活动引发的地质灾害防治投资机制和建立多元化、多渠道的投资机制。
This paper introduces the general situation of the investment for geological disaster prevention. Also, it probes into the principal part of prevention obligation of geological disasters badgered by natural or factitious factors, and discusses the investment mechanism of geological disaster prevention.
