摘要
物流园区建设是一项耗资巨大、过程复杂的工程,是物流产业发展的基础设施保障,倍受政府和企业的关注。针对物流园区建设规模大、周期长的特点,把项目管理理念引入到物流园区的建设中,并进行组织结构确立、工作结构细分和责任分配,并提出建设管理的滚动修正。
The construction of logistics Park is a complicated and costly project. It＇s the base of developing of logistcs industry so the govemment and corporation pay more. attention to it, In this paper discussed how to use project management in the construction of logistics considering its character of sweeping and long cirele. Then ascertain the organization structure of the project and locnte its work and responsihility. Finally give the method of dynamic management.
