摘要
本文首先分析了我国房地产供应链管理的现状,接着通过一个委托代理模型的求解,得出了房地产企业供应链整合的价值,并在此基础上提出一些建议。
Firstly this paper analyzes the situation of real estate's supply chain management in China, then solves a principal--agent model to get the value of real estate's supply chain integration. Based on the discussion this paper gives some advice.
