摘要
伴随中国炼油和石化工业的发展，炼油和石化技术取得了长足的进步。50多年来，特别是1983年原中国石油化工总公司成立以来，按照“振兴石化，科技先行”的方针，形成了以科研院所、高等院校和生产企业构成的“产学研”研发体系，在引进、消化，吸收国外先进技术的基础上，不断加大科技投入，积极组织技术攻关，获得了一大批具有自主知识产权的技术创新成果，建立了实力雄厚、配套完整的石化工业体系，使中国进入了世界石油化工大国的前列。
To fulfill the target for establishment of wealthy society, China will maintain its highspeed economic development before 2020, which inevitably stimulates the demand for oil and petrochemical products. Based on the prediction, China＇s oil demand will total about 450 million tons by 2020 while the consumption of gasoline, kerosene and diesel will reach 245-255 million tons and the ethylene demand ranges between 37 million tons and 41 million tons. This economic development momentum not only creates tremendous development space for the nation＇s oil refining and petrochemical industry but also propels technological development for this industry. China＇ s oil refining and petrochemical sector will continue to advance technological innovation, concentrate its efforts on core technology, patented technology and key products and bring the overall technology to a new level as soon as possible with some main process technologies reaching the international advanced level so that the Chinese oil refining and petrochemical enterprises can be technically backed to compete with their international counterparts.
