感冒灵颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard for Ganmaoling Granules

目的:对感冒灵颗粒建立质量标准。方法:对感冒灵颗粒方中马来酸氯苯那敏、对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、野菊花建立TLC鉴别,用HPLC对蒙花苷进行测定。结果:蒙花苷在0.12～5.95μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.91%。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可以控制感冒灵颗粒的质量。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for Ganmaoling Granules.Method： TLC was used to identify paracetamol,caffine,chlorphenamine maleate,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,and the content of paracetamol,caffine, linarin was determined by HPLC.Result： The linear range of linarin was 0.12-5.95ìg, r =0.9999.The average recovery was 100.91%.Conclusion： The method is simple.The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good and can be used as the quality control of Ganmaoling Granules.
