摘要
以鸡蛋清为原料,进行溶菌酶提取条件的探索,制定溶菌酶生产工艺,提供一种酶活力测定方法,并对其应用进行了初步研究。
Using egg white as main raw material, this study sought out a process condition for lysozyme (nuramidase)production, worked out a production technology, presented a method to determine the activity of the enzyme. The application of the enzyme was also preliminarily discussed. The aim of this study is to offer a practical and simple technology for small enterprise.
