摘要
本文介绍了作为集体谈判基础理论的劳动关系多元论,阐释集体谈判发展历程的市场理论、治理理论和管理理论,两个解释谈判理论的管理权理论模型和效率谈判理论模型,以及解释谈判过程的行为理论模型和昆模型,最后介绍了国外集体谈判的研究前沿情况。
The article introduces the theories of collective bargaining as below : the pluralism theory, which is the foundmental theory of collective bargaining ; the marketing theory, the government theory and the managerial theory, which explain the development of collecitve bargaining; right-to-manage models and efficient-bargain models , which explain the bargaining theory; the walton & mckersie model and the kuhn model, which explain the bargaining processes . And the article also introduces the fronts of studying collective bargaining overseas in the end.
