摘要
新保守主义是古典自由主义与传统保守主义的变种,是“新保守派”的政治标签;它对布什的政治思想和外交政策产生了深刻影响。布什连任后的对外政策和外交内涵体现了3C(Continuity继续,Cooperation合作,Consensus共识)。
Neo-conservatism is a variety of classical liberalism and traditional conservatism and a political label of the neo-conservatives. It exerts a deep influence to Bush＇s political thoughts and diplomacy policy. Bush＇s extemal policy and diplomatic intension reflects three C （continuity, cooperation and consensus） and four important focal points when he was reappointed as the president of USA.
