社区护理实践教学培养护生职业能力的探索

On the Professional Capability Training by Community Nursing Practice Teaching

职业能力培养是高职教育人才培养的核心目标,护理专业因自身的实践性决定其人才培养必须加强实践教学环节。本文从组织护生深入社区开展系列实践教学活动着手,砺练护生的认知表达、沟通协调、分析解决实际问题等职业综合能力,探索了培养护生职业能力的方法和途径。

Professional capability training is the core goal of advanced professional qualified skill training. Decided by the characteristic of the nursing practice-teaching, the training should focus on practice. Therefore we organized nursing students to enter the community to deploy teaching and practical activities in order to develop their comprehensive nursing ability of cognition and expression, communication and cooperation, and above all the ability to analyze and resolve the practical problem, we explored the method in professional skill training. And in this paper we discuss the feelings and understandings about professional students＇ nursing training.
