摘要
介绍智能功率模块PM30RSF060的原理与特性,在此基础上,提出一种基于PM30RSF060的驱动和保护电路设计方案。实际应用表明,此方案作为基于直流无刷电机驱动的稳定控制平台的驱动单元,具有良好的控制效果。
The principle and characteristic of Intelligent Power Module（IPM） has been introduced firstly in this paper. Based on it, a designing scheme of drive ＆ protection circuit has been proposed. As a drive unit of stabilization control fiat driven by no - brush direct current electromotor, the practical application shows the designing scheme has better control effect.
