通过对冰箱门外壳的工艺分析,制定出了一种合理的冲压工艺方案,提高了工件的冲压质量和生产效率,介绍了一种带有旋转式凹模的成形模具结构,并对该模具的设计要点进行了介绍。

Over the technology analysis of refrigerator door shell, a feasible punching process project is decided, and this improves punching quality and manufacture efficiency of the working parts. Furthermore, a forming die structure with revolving matrix is introduced, and the critical points in this die design are stated.
